Family day in Spandau: Colorful program for little explorers!
For families in the Spandau district, October 22nd, 2025 will be dedicated to the 4th Spandau Family Day. Under the motto “Healthy and colorful – what’s in my neighborhood?” invite the Spandau District Office, the Spandau Job Center and Gesundheit Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. to a colorful program that will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Spandau Citadel. The venue, the Italian Courtyards and the Citadel Forecourt, provide a suitable backdrop for numerous activities specifically tailored to the needs of families.
The primary goal of the family day is to make offers and support services for families in the district visible. The event promotes exchange and networking within the community. The organizers expect that many Spandau families will use the diverse offering to find out more about the resources available in their neighborhood.
A variety of activities for young and old
A varied program awaits visitors young and old. Highlights include:
- Bewegungsangebote wie „Move-to-Music!“
- Bastelstände
- Kasperletheater mit zwei Aufführungen
- Kinderschminken
- Ein Gewürzquiz
- Ein Glücksrad
- Ein Stand zur Ernährungsbildung, bei dem Kinder ein Frühstücks-Müsli selbst herstellen und Obst und Gemüse im Herbst kennenlernen können
- Besichtigung eines Feuerwehrautos durch die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Spandau Neustadt
