BR Volleys make history: third championship triple in a row!

On October 1, 2025, the successful BR Volleys volleyball team was ceremoniously entered into the Golden Book of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in the Charlottenburg town hall. The district councilor Heike Schmitt-Schmelz received the team and other guests and, together with Kaweh Niroomand, the manager of the BR Volleys, gave a speech to award this honor. This solemn occasion honors the team's outstanding successes in the 2024/2025 season, in which they won the German championship, the DVV Cup and the League Cup for the third time in a row. This secures the team's status as the undisputed top team in the Volleyball Bundesliga. These achievements make the BR Volleys one of the most decorated volleyball clubs in Germany.

In the 2024/2025 season, the BR Volleys celebrated the 15th championship title in their club history. The championships won so far include the years 1993, 2003, 2004, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 as well as the most recent title win in 2025. In addition, they have won the title eight times in the past DVV Cup won, including victories in 2025, underpinning the club's success in German volleyball. For the team, which was founded in 1991, this journey is an outstanding testament to their continuous development and competitive strength.
