A dramatic traffic accident occurred in Hakenfelde yesterday evening! A 33-year-old motorcyclist raced on Radelandstrasse towards Kisselnallee around 6:20 p.m., quickly overtook three vehicles and suddenly lost control of his bike. He skidded off the road, hit the curb with full force and then crashed into a lamppost. Tragic: The driver suffered serious head injuries and fell unconscious.
Rescue workers were on the scene quickly and had to resuscitate the seriously injured motorcyclist before taking him to hospital. But when he checked his identity, the police officers found a small container that contained suspected drug residue. This immediately raised suspicions of drug impressions! The Berlin public prosecutor's office ordered a blood sample to be taken in the hospital and also confiscated the man's driver's license. The accident site remained completely closed during the rescue measures and the accident recording, during which experts from the Forensic Institute were called in. The investigation is ongoing!
