Elbestraße in Neukölln: Public presentation and online participation for more climate-friendly redesign.
How can the urban space be adapted to the climatic requirements and become even more attractive for foot and cycling? With the support of the Senate Department for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection and the Environment (SenMVKU), the district office has commissioned a feasibility study for the redesign of Elbestraße in Neukölln, in the middle of the residential area between Sonnenallee and the Neuköllner shipping channel. Five variants for the renovation were developed for the Elbestrasse, which are now presented to the public and are to be discussed with the residents: inside.
