The RKW Rationalization and Innovation Center of the German Economy e.V. has set its course for the coming years! On September 25, 2024 during the excited general meeting in Eschborn, a new board was elected that brings fresh impulses into play!

The 53-year-old graduate in business administration is no stranger to the construction industry. Since 2013, as a managing partner, he has been managing Schleiff Bauflächentechnik GmbH & Co. KG and has been active in this company since 1998. In addition, his name is emblazoned at various important items, including as chairman of the German Foreign Bauverband e.V. and as the head of the business committee of the ZDB in Berlin.

"Mr. Reifenrste has been accompanying the RKW competently and actively for many years," said Jens Nagel, Managing Director of the RKW. The economic challenges require visionary thinking and the courage to move something! The RKW expects a lot of ripe experience! His entrepreneurial skills should act like a lighthouse for small and medium -sized companies in Germany and show new ways.
The meeting also honored the long -term work of the outgoing chairman Dirk e.O. Westerheide and the previous deputy chairman Dirk Molthan, both of whom will remain on the board. Thanks to its committed work, the RKW has made important progress!

New impulses also by Myra Mani, who was elected as deputy chair! The entrepreneur leads the company Mani home care in Lüdenscheid and has a holistic, social approach. She has been on the board since 2019 and has established itself as a powerful voice for the concerns of small and medium -sized companies.
Together with Dr. Robby Riedel, who also remains as a deputy chairman, will undoubtedly bring the new management team into the problems and challenges that companies in Germany currently have to master.
