Festival Across: Art and Encounter in Wedding - now participate!

The wedding becomes an absolute hotspot for art and culture! From September to December 2024, the exciting Festival Across is in the starting blocks and brings momentum to the neighborhood. It is the third edition of this well -respected event that is not only a festival for the senses, but also a place of cooperation!

Under the motto "Create encounters", a fantastic program is waiting for all visitors. Over 20 artists develop their creativity in appearances and workshops that inspire young and old alike! Be there when the hands-on choir unites your voices or when participating in exciting cooking performances and a unique mask workshop for the whole family. Here the community meets to dance, be amazed and to discover similarities!

ready for cultural highlights?

mark the next dates in the calendar: on the weekend of 21/22. September, the 5th/6th October and 19th/20th October it is finally that far! The appearances take place on the town hall forecourt and in the Wedding gallery, which is now also open on Sundays - always from 12 noon to 7 p.m.!

Participation in the events is completely free, but a registration is required for the workshops. The exact details of the program will soon be unveiled online - keep your eyes open!

The Festival Across is directed by a dynamic team of curator - Maja "May" Smoszna, Malte Pieper and Nitsan Margaliot - and receives support from the Mitte district office from Berlin, financed from the funds of the Berlin Security Summit. Don't miss this cultural explosion in Wedding!
