The district office Mitte from Berlin is now looking for three new arbitrators for the district district in mid-01 (Alt-Mitte Nord), mid-04 (Alt-Mitte Süd) and mid-06 (Hansaviertel, Tiergarten). These arbitrators are intended to simplify conflict situations and disputes, both civil and criminal law. Applicants must live in the district, be at least 30 years old and have the ability to clothing public offices. Arbitlers are elected for an term of five years and receive a monthly allowance.

The volunteering of the arbitrator is an important function in legal care in order to avoid judicial disputes and to solve conflicts at the local level. The arbitrators contribute to the arbitration of neighborhood disputes, compensation for pain and suffering, assault and other legal problems. Through their work, they contribute to maintaining social peace in the community.
