Art week of the municipal galleries Berlin: Diverse exhibitions and tours in Mitte

The art scene of Berlin will be brought back to life in the coming week when the art week of the municipal galleries Berlin takes place in Mitte. From August 30th to September 8, 2024, the galleries of the Mitte district will open their doors to art lovers and present around 400 artists in 36 exhibitions. Another highlight is Raquel van Haver's open studio in the Wedding gallery, where visitors have the opportunity to look over the shoulder of the artist while working on social entrepreneurs in Wedding.

In addition to the exhibitions and performances, the art week also offers several over-district tours that take place on September 8 by bus, subway or bicycle. These tours offer the participants the opportunity to discover a variety of artificial locations in Berlin and to learn more about the work of municipal art spaces.
