An exciting evening, the founding spirit sparked! The best heads of the startup scene were awarded in Cologne! The International School of Management (ISM) is fighting for innovations that revolutionize everyday work and ensure a breath of fresh air in the economy with automation.

The award ceremony of this year's startup Competition was enthusiastic! Over 1,500 euros for first place goes to the Hamburg innovation "Falconfinds", a groundbreaking web application that revolutionizes personnel search. The team of Tim Oberhaus and Jeremias Schwarz is celebrated together with a voucher for the ISM Academy. You have found the key to efficiency!

class instead of mass! In second place, Clinitech from Wiesbaden ends up with her revolutionary app Nixi - a real must for every health service provider! This app could clear up to 33 percent of the working time that was previously wasted with tiring documentation. This is not only pleased by the team, but also increases patient satisfaction! A very special moment occurs in the award ceremony: The special prize "Gutmann Global Advisory Partner" goes to the "Unite" team. The ISM student Haylie Wanamaker and Andreas Schuth offer a solution that brings together students and seniors in the housing market! Michael B.
