Pankow, Berlin, Deutschland - Dramatic turn in Berlin! On June 5, 2025, three police officers from the Berlin police were arrested - and because of severe band theft and forgery of documents! The public prosecutor had previously obtained arrest warrants, and this morning investigators stormed the residential and service address of the suspects. A 45-year-old accomplice is now in the sights of the investigators.

The shock message: The officials are said to have deliberately captured cash from unsuspecting drivers during fake traffic controls. In a borderline case, a driver was lost 500 euros in Pankow on April 21, while another in Charlottenburg was asked to pay with a whopping 8,000 euros on May 8th! During the searches in Spandau, Reinickendorf and Tempelhof, numerous evidence, including mobile phones and records, could be ensured. The investigation continues, while the arrested people are to be brought up to the investigative judge today.
