A successful model for more health in Treptow-Köpenick ends!
The district model project “GESUND.SELBSTESTIMMT.LEBEN.IN.TREPTOW-KÖPENICK” (GE.SEL.LE) ends on August 31, 2025, which was intended to improve the health chances of people who receive outpatient and day-care psychosocial help over five years. Sustainability of results
Despite the end of the project, the results achieved do not fall by the wayside. The central content and goals will be continued by a newly founded specialist group within the Psychosocial Working Group (PSAG) Treptow-Köpenick. This will ensure that the progress and findings are sustainably integrated into the existing structures even after the end of the project.
The commitment and cooperation of everyone involved clearly shows that such an initiative can not only bring short-term success, but also strive to improve the quality of life of those affected in the long term. PSAG's ongoing work ensures that people's needs continue to be the focus in the future.
