A dramatic traffic accident occurred in Bohnsdorf in the afternoon! A group of seven people were riding quads on Waltersdorfer Straße around 2:30 p.m. when a 48-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle. He sped off the road and crashed into a bollard, which broke and damaged a lantern.
The quad driver sustained serious injuries, including a fractured shoulder and injuries to his torso area. He was immediately taken to hospital, where he is now being treated as an inpatient. The investigation into the incident was carried out by a traffic offenses department from Police Department 3 (East).
