From October 16 to November 26, 2023, Berlin citizens have the opportunity to submit suggestions and self -applications for the Pankow Women's Prize 2024 in the Pankow district office. This prize honors individuals, women's projects, initiatives or companies in Pankow, who are committed to the rights of women and girls in the district and promote gender democracy.

The Pankow Women's Prize was first awarded in 2020 on the occasion of the International Women's Day on March 8. He recognizes the special equality policy commitment that aims to comply and promote women and girls, support marginalized women's groups or develop innovative and sustainable equality projects. This prize is recognition for all those who make a contribution to strengthening gender democracy in Pankow.

From October 16 to November 26, 2023, interested persons can submit suggestions or personal applications with a detailed justification in the Pankow district office. Applications should explain how the corresponding project or the person concerned contributes to promoting equality and gender justice in Pankow.

The Pankow women's price is awarded by a special jury that is used for the duration of the ongoing election period. The award ceremony will take place on March 11, 2024 as part of a public festival. The Pankow Women's Prize is endowed with 1,000 euros.
