In a newly published report called "Neukölln tells 2023", the district office Neukölln gives an insight into the past year for the first time. With 128 different facts, a summary of what the employees of the district office did in 2023 are presented on 48 pages.
The annual report not only offers an informative presentation of administrative work, but also gives an entertaining insight behind the scenes. With over 2,200 employees who work in 13 offices and 81 departments, the diversity and complexity of the administration is made clear.
District Mayor Martin Hikel emphasizes the importance of the report in order to make the extensive work behind a functioning district and to thank the employees for their commitment.
The report is available online and can be viewed both in the town hall and in various public institutions such as citizens' offices and libraries. Through humorous representations and fascinating numbers, the brochure invites you to get to know Neukölln from a new perspective.
