Manfred Moslehner, a Berlin citizen, has to temporarily vacate his house in Berlin-Reinickendorf because the owner wants to carry out modernizations. Muslehner is concerned because he fears that rents could increase after the modernizations and that he can then no longer afford them. He has never lived elsewhere and wants to stay in his house permanently. Moslehner is not the only person affected in the settlement "Kleinkeckersdorf".
