Film series "Insane human" illuminates transidentities in Berlin

The event to promote understanding of mental health continues its tradition and also brings significant topics on the screen in 2024. The film series "Insane human" returns after the summer break and is devoted to 11. September 2024 the important topic of the "transidentities".

  • 20. November 2024 - "Ex Machina" by Alex Garland is devoted to the question of consciousness of artificial intelligence.

The film series is organized in cooperation between the Lichtenberg district office, the municipal psychiatric network of Lichtenberg (GPV) and other committed institutions. Through financial support from the district office, cinema cards can be offered at a price of 6 euros, whereby the district office takes over 1.50 euros per ticket.

This initiative not only shows the importance of films that deal with mental health, but also the power of the community that is committed to the well -being of people. The dialogue about topics such as gender identity is crucial to reduce prejudices and to promote better understanding in society.
