Drama at Nordbahnhof: knife and gun attack in Berlin!
In the early morning hours there was a brutal incident in Mitte, which resulted in dangerous bodily harm and violations of the weapons law. According to initial information, a 39-year-old woman met a 28-year-old man in the street at the Nordbahnhof around 4:30 a.m.-accompanied by a 40-year-old. What started as a meeting quickly developed into a violent argument.
The 40-year-old pulled out a blank gun and fired specifically into the 28-year-old's face, resulting in a gunshot wound. But that wasn't all: the attacker then pulled out a knife and cut the man's face. Police immediately arrested the suspected perpetrator, while the injured 28-year-old was taken to hospital after receiving first aid on site. The police found the blank gun nearby and confiscated it. The alleged attacker, obviously intoxicated, refused to take a breath alcohol test. A blood sample was ordered. The investigation is still ongoing.
