A furious festival for sustainable education! On the German Employer Day in Berlin, the 25th anniversary of the German Employer Prize for Education was duly celebrated. Educational institutions from Bavaria, Brandenburg, Hamburg and North Rhine-Westphalia shine with innovative concepts that qualify young talents for the future and received the recognition they deserve!

The prestigious price, which emerges from a quarter of a century of employer commitment, rewarded outstanding projects that deal intensively with “future skills”. All four award winners can look forward to a prize money of 10,000 euros each - a real triumph that sets the course for the next generation!

The radiant winners: Education without limits

  • Kita winner: AWO Kita Lütticher Straße from Geilenkirchen (NRW)! Here language becomes the key to social participation. Sensitive support and direct cooperation with parents ensure that linguistic barriers are overcome. Welcome to the future!
  • School winner: sports and creativity comprehensive school Leonardo da Vinci Campus in Nauen (Brandenburg). This school celebrates flexibility and a sense of responsibility! Students can design their own learning paths themselves and take their exams according to their own schedule - real self -determination for real talents!
  • vocational school: in Hamburg, the responsible handling of social media is taught at the vocational school for media and communication. Here it is explained how to deal with digital challenges confidently - an absolute must for every emerging media professional!
  • University winner: The Technical University of Nuremberg Georg Simon Ohm mixes up the academic world and trains students in a practice -oriented manner in "Future Skills". From change management to data security - the graduates are well equipped for the world of work!

The joy was noticeable when Martin Seiler and Judith Wiese presented the awards - on behalf of the employer president Dr. Rainer Dulger! The commitment to education is very important here, because today's learners are the specialists of tomorrow.

Judith Wiese, HR manager of Siemens AG, emphasized the need for skills such as critical thinking and digital education to ensure Germany's competitiveness. Your message is clear: "Demographic change and digitization require new concepts - now the time is to be acted!"
