In Germany, diversity is not just a word, but a powerful experience! People from all over the world give the country a unique soul. And that also for Burger King®! Without these multitude of backgrounds and stories, not only would the legendary WHopper®, but the entire company would not be conceivable.

A clear sign against division

In a time when social differences are often loudly discussed, Burger King® Germany sets a strong, positive sign: "Diversity is King!" - This is the powerful motto of the new posture campaign. Dr. Jörg Ehmer, managing director, emphasizes: "Without our various teams, Burger King® would not be what it is today." Around 25,000 employees from over 120 nations help to prepare the most famous burgers in the world in Germany.

The value of community

The campaign focuses on employees, shows their stories and emphasizes how important their use is for the company. "The predicate 'Made in Germany' has changed. Today it stands for the success of our pluralistic society," explains Anna Mennel, Head of Brand. Courts like the WHopper® are also an attentive image of society!

Burger King® takes the opportunity to promote more unity and cohesion in this diverse country, especially on the occasion of German unity. Huge posters on Alexanderplatz in Berlin and in public transport ensure that the message is widespread. "October 3. moves many tourists to Berlin. Our campaign aims to persuade them to think about diversity in Germany," says Mennel.

Burger King® fights for an open and respectful society. "We all have to make ourselves aware that diversity is good at our strength - and the basis for growth and progress," says Dr. Jörg Ehmer convinced. He proudly sees how more and more actors become active in this sense.
