The future of mobile phone supply in the Harz district shines in new splendor! Telekom has given everything in the past two months to further improve mobile communication for citizens. By expanding an LTE and a 5G location, the cover not only greater, but also the bandwidth shoots up! Finally, lame connections are over, because now all properties and buildings benefit from significantly better reception!

Where exactly does that happen? The new mobile phone locations are located in the charming municipalities of Dingelstedt and Harzgerode. It is not only invested here, but a real change is noticeable - a reason for joy for all residents!

The urge to higher the bandwidth!

"The need for bandwidth is constantly increasing - around 30 percent per year. That is why we continue to pace in mobile phone expansion," explains Georg von Wagner, company spokesman for Deutsche Telekom. He addresses a problem that many of us know: more and more devices, more and more users - and all of this wants to be cared for quickly and reliably. The Telekom knows that and tackles it than ever before!

currently, Telekom already operates 117 locations in the district. An impressive network that has achieved a budget cover of almost 100 percent! That alone is a real milestone! But that's not all - another 55 locations are to be added by 2026. Improving that mobile surfing will achieve a completely new level in the next few years!
