Karate for everyone: Big sports festival in Marienfelde inspires women and girls!
In the Budo Academy in Marienfelde there was a special sight last weekend when the doors were open to this year's women's and girls sports festival. Over 80 years of age difference, there were no barriers on this day: girls from 3 years to experienced women were able to try out their skills in carat training. This festival not only offered space for movement, but also for community and joy.
In addition to exciting demonstrations, there were small competitions in which the participants could demonstrate their skill. All participants were rewarded with medals and T-shirts for their commitment, which made the atmosphere even more festive. It was a day full of sports spirit and empowerment that impressively demonstrated the power of women and girls sports.
thanks and recognition
Denis Fränkel, the department head for sports, was on site himself and was enthusiastic about the excellent organization and the positive mood during the event. "It's nice to see how much joy the sport brings," he noticed. The event not only proved to be a successful sports festival, but also as an effective incentive, since the Budo Academy had numerous new registrations for trial training after the festival.
This sports festival was not only a used occasion for movement, but also a win-win situation for the Budo Academy. It offers a valuable platform for women of all ages to develop their skills and exchange ideas in a friendly environment.
