Great news for all mobile phone users in the Dahme-Spreewald district! Telekom has raised mobile phone supply to a new level! After intensive work in the past two months, a new mobile phone location shines in Märkische Heide. That means: better cover and significantly improved reception, especially in your own four walls!

"The need for bandwidth is booming - on average by breathtaking 30 percent a year! We promised our users to expand faster and more efficiently, and that's exactly what we do!" Explains Georg von Wagner, the company spokesman for Telekom. A clear sign: Telekom takes the mobile phone expansion seriously and accelerates the measures to meet the growing needs.

The network grows rapidly

With proud 121 locations in the Dahme-Spreewald district, Telekom has increased the household cover to almost 100 percent! But that's not enough. By 2026, further impressive 41 locations are being planned. But that's not all - on seven existing radio masts there are also extensions to LTE or 5G that will revolutionize mobile communication!

But how does it work? In order to create new locations, Telekom is dependent on cooperation with the communities and owners. So if you want to rent an area for a new roof or mast location, you should definitely contact the German radio tower. Each initiative counts to further improve the mobile phone infrastructure!
