Pure creativity: monthly series of events in Berlin-Steglitz

Last Thursday of the month, a cross-departmental series of events takes place in the rooms of the Ingeborg-Drewitz library, in which various facilities such as the city library, Leo-Borchard music school, department of culture, youth art school and adult education center Steglitz-Zehlendorf offer exciting activities together. The following events are on the program on March 21, 2024:

- "Small garden kings": a handicraft workshop for all age groups in which happy plant lovers are made of wood and colored cotton yarn.
- "A jazzy afternoon!": Valentin Gottlob on the piano presents his own compositions and standards from the "Great American Songbook".
- "My little book": Children from 6 years old can stick and design her own book under guidance. - "Draw initials with the pen": Initials are designed with homemade feathers, inspired by medieval book art.
- "Chinese calligraphy": a workshop for all age groups with Yuhong Li.

Participation in the events is free of charge and possible without prior registration. Further dates are planned on April 25, May 30 and June 27, 2024.

The Ingeborg Drewitz Library Steglitz-Zehlendorf is located in the “Das Schloss” shopping center on Grunewaldstr. 3, 12165 Berlin on the 3rd floor. This monthly series of events offers a diverse opportunity for people of all ages, to work creatively and to discover new skills. The cooperation of various institutions creates a wide range of workshops and activities that expand the cultural horizon and strengthen the community.
