Fuhljahn questions this clichés and asks us to strengthen our own prejudices while pleading for a more relaxed body image.

"In the past everything was easier. I am, for example! Today I'm fat. Not curvy, not mopy - fat. And I am ashamed of it." With these powerful words, Fuhljahn illuminates the emotional struggle that many people lead in our performance -oriented society. She talks about the painful effects of Body Shaming and offers a way to more self -acceptance - an urgently needed invitation to promote open use of body pictures.
