Die „Initiative Ausbildungsplatz-Paten“ organisiert unter der Schirmherrschaft von Bezirksbürgermeisterin Emine Demirbüken-Wegner den jährlichen Wettbewerb um die ausbildungsfreundlichsten Unternehmen im Bezirk. In diesem Jahr wurden Schülerinnen und Schüler der Reinickendorfer Oberschulen dazu aufgerufen, Entwürfe für die Bemalung der Buddy-Figuren zum Thema „Schule und Beruf“ einzureichen. Nachdem die Jury am 17.06.2024 vier Gestaltungsentwürfe ausgewählt hat, werden diese nun von den Schülerinnen und Schülern in Zusammenarbeit mit der Jugendkunstschule ATRIUM umgesetzt. Training place sponsor: school competition for the most training-friendly companies

The "Initiative Austro-Platz-Spaten" organizes the annual competition for the most training-friendly companies in the district under the patronage of district mayor Emine Demirbüken-Wegner. This year, pupils from the Reinickendorfer high schools were called to submit designs for painting the buddy figures on the subject of “school and work”. After the jury selected four design designs on June 17, 2024, they are now implemented by the students in cooperation with the Atrium Youth Art School.

District Mayor Emine Demirbüken-Wegner praised the high level of creativity and attention to detail that could be seen in the student proposals. At the same time, she thanked the "Initiative Apprentice of Training Platz sponsors" for her commitment to organizing the competition. The final event, in which the winners of the school competition and the training -friendly companies are honored, will take place on October 16, 2024. Three companies are awarded a buddy bear for their services in the training area, while a fourth company receives a special prize for its commitment to integrating trainees.

The competition for the most training -friendly companies helps to strengthen awareness of the importance of good training and the integration of trainees into the world of work. The creative participation of the students also promotes the connection between school and work.
