Pankow City Library: New opening times and offers for readers!
Achillesstraße 77, 13125 Berlin, Deutschland - The Pankow City Library has decided to expand its offer and opens two locations for visitors at the weekend. The library in Karow, which is located at Achillesstraße 77, 13125 Berlin, is now open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., including a comprehensive service offer. This includes the loan of special media and the exhibition of library cards, which makes the use of the library more attractive for citizens.
Another highlight will be the Wolfdich-Schnurre library at Bizetstraße 41, 13088 Berlin. From June 14, 2025, the library will be accessible on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., but without service staff. In this facility, visitors can browse, read and work independently. In addition, the loan and return of media to the machines are possible. Nevertheless, some services, such as the payment of fees or the creation and extension of library cards, are only available during regular service times during the week.
