Attention, Pankow! A very special highlight is just around the corner: the Pankow Women's Prize 2025! From 1. By November 30, 2024 you have the opportunity to submit suggestions and applications. It is your chance to put women and initiatives in the spotlight in our district!

The Pankow Women's Prize, which has been awarded since 2020, is more than just an award - it is an appreciation for the tireless use for equality and women's rights. Every year, individuals, projects and companies are honored that are tirelessly campaigning for the rights of women and girls. This includes everything from the support of marginalized women's groups to innovative and sustainable equality projects. So if you know someone or have created such a project yourself, do not hesitate to apply!

What the Pankow Women's Prize is about

The aim of the price is to honor the special equality policy commitment and thus set a sign of gender justice. On International Women's Day , the 8. March , the ceremony is expected to find on 10. March 2025 during a public event - an event that should not be missed!

How to apply?

Interested parties can send their suggestions or personal applications to the equality officer Stephanie Wittenburg under stephanie.wittenburg@ba-pankow.berlin.de . Accompany your submission with a detailed reason to convince the jury of the importance of your nomination. A jury decides on the award of the price - the legal process is excluded.
