Imagine this: Telekom can now count on a total of 66 locations in the ILM district. An incredible budget cover of 98 percent is achieved! And the best? By 2026, strong 31 other locations are being planned, and upgrades with LTE or the super-fast 5G network are also carried out on 23 radio masts. So the Telekom is very busy!
"The need for bandwidth is constantly increasing - around 30 percent per year. That is why we continue to pace in mobile phone expansion," explains Georg von Wagner, company spokesman for Deutsche Telekom. A clear call to everyone who has been hoping for a brisk internet for a long time!
