Safer on the road: Action week for senior starts in Berlin!
Under the motto “Let’s go – but safely!” A week of action to prevent traffic accidents for seniors in Berlin will start from August 25th to 29th, 2025. In view of the increasing number of traffic accidents involving older people, it is particularly important for the police to promote traffic safety. Seniors have the opportunity to test their ability to react and refresh their knowledge of traffic rules in a quiz. They also receive valuable tips on how to behave safely in traffic.
The information stands are set up at several locations in Berlin: on Monday on Gorkistraße, on Tuesday on Wilmersdorfer Straße, Wednesday on Winterfeldplatz, Thursday on Alice-Salomon-Platz and Friday on Alfred-Scholz-Platz. All stands open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
