Monument to Nazi resistance group in Berlin: Police determined

A monument to memory of the Nazi resistance group "Rote Kapelle" in Berlin-Lichtenberg was smeared with a swastika. The monument is located in a green area on Schulze-Boysen-Straße. A resident reported the property damage and also discovered another swastika on a nearby garbage.
