Traffic light government ignores tax effects on families and nurses

The tax revolution is here! The explosive results on the future of tax law were presented today in the Finance Committee of the Bundestag. Antje Tillmann and Olav Gutting, the CDU/CSU's financial policy spokesman, raise the alarm: The traffic light coalition fails to consider the consequences of their tax decisions for the citizens!

The traffic light must finally realize the massive effects the abolition of control classes III and V, and that the planned part -time grade bonus for nursing staff does not actually apply in all cases. Antje Tillmann makes it clear: "Even if the intention to combat the cold progression and the tax -free payment of the employer share for pension insurance are commendable, important aspects are not ignored." The consequences could be dramatic for many families!

a dangerous forgetting

What about the part -time top -up bonus? Tillmann directly asks: "Who can rely on the fact that this premium is actually available in the nursing budget?" This regulation could have a counterproductive effect, especially in times when nurses should be valued more. A negligible detail? Not at all! Olav Gutting adds that there will be hardly any advantages for many in the low -wage area because employers are unable to pay these premiums. Here there is a risk of unrest!

The effects of deleting the control classes are particularly alarming. This could particularly affect young families during the sensitive phase of their family planning. "The elimination of the choice tightens the financial situation enormously - up to considerable disadvantages in parental allowance!" Warns Tillmann vividly.

Missed tax reform

Gutting sums it up: "When SPD and Greens speak of tax cuts, the traffic lights obviously do not understand what it means to release the subsistence level. This is not a relief, but simply the removal of an inadmissible additional burden!"

And that's not all! The introduction of a notification obligation for domestic tax designs ensures additional bureaucracy and confusion. "The bureaucratic effort is in no way in relation to the benefit," criticizes Gutting sharply. The Federal Government promises a reduction in bureaucracy, and at the same time this promise is torpedoed with new complex regulations - a highly contradictory game!

In the heart of the debate, the insurance figures of the traffic light coalition are put to the test. Teaching from this tax turn are urgently needed, because citizens want clarity and justice! The pressure on the government parties is increasing: Will you admit your mistakes or drive the traffic lights on blind flight?
