Hamburg droning - Instone Real Estate hands over sensational "urban.isle campus" with 447 microapartments to Patrizia!

The city center of Hamburg has a new highlight! Instone Real Estate recently completed the "Urban.ISLE CAMPUS" and handed over to Patrizia - a spectacle that revolutionizes the city's living landscape! This impressive facility for young people, consisting of 447 fully furnished micro -portmates, is now ready to welcome the first tenants. The Urban.ISLE CAMPUS - an innovative concept on early commercial soil in Rothenburgsort - not only captivates with its massive size of approx. 10,230 m², but also with its state -of -the -art construction! And that's not all! The system fulfills the highly specialized BEG Efficiency House Standard 55 EE, which means: Here, the energy flows to more than 80 percent of commercial waste heat, which is where the costs are low and the environment is spared.
