According to a press release from the Treptow-Köpenick district office, the district office issues a general order to prohibit the residential use on the property 552, 552a in Grünau. The subcontractor is justified with defects in fire protection, a lack of sanitary equipment and a lack of noise and sound insulation. Affected persons must tolerate the necessary measures to enforce the use of uses and in particular an evacuation.

The general decree affects all persons who are officially reported at the address mentioned or are temporarily or permanently for residential purposes, as well as people who rent objects that are suitable for residential purposes. From November 28, 2023, these persons may no longer use the systems on the property.

In addition, the owner of the property also includes other properties on which illegal residential use was also operated. The district office has already announced the evacuation and took measures to eliminate a specific danger through illegal electrical systems.
