Telekom contradicts Höcke: Never uses everything for Germany as an advertising saying

Deutsche Telekom has vigorously reacted against a statement by the AfD politician Björn Höcke, the said that the company used the slogan "everything for Germany" in the past. A company spokesman rejected the claim to be wrong and announced that it would take legal action.

The allegation against Höcke refers to the use of a forbidden slogan of the Sturm Department (SA), the paramilitary organization of the NSDAP. Based on this accusation, he will have to answer for himself next week before the district court in Halle for the use of license plates.

Telekom had already taken measures against AfD federal spokeswoman Alice Weidel, who had made a similar statement last year. The company asked Weidel to refrain from claiming, whereupon it agreed to refrain from doing so in the future.

In the TV duel, Höcke defended his use of the controversial saying and stated that it was not known that it was a SA slogan. He described the sentence as a "common saying". Telekom continues to check legal steps in relation to the false statement of Höcke.
