Creative workshops: tinkering, making music, writing - free series of events in Berlin

The district newspaper Steglitz-Zehlendorf cordially invites all citizens to take part in the cross-departmental series of events, which takes place every last Thursday of the month of the Ingeborg-Drewitz library. The institutions city library, Leo-Borchard music school, department of culture, youth art school and adult education center Steglitz-Zehlendorf together offer a diverse program.

For February 29, 2024, the following exciting events are planned:

- a workshop for children from 5 years, in which a colorful and shining spring lantern is made.
- The guitar ensemble Pool and the guitar class of Jürgen F. Schmid play music from various genres and offer trial courses for interested participants from 10 years.
- A workshop for artistic writing, both in simple and in standard language, led by Slavica Klimkowsky.
- A creative writing campaign with the topic "Cards to Spring", led by Antonia Rötger and Katrin Deibert.
- An artistic workshop on drawing and printing with Marian Fuchs, which is suitable for all age groups.

The event takes place on the date mentioned between 4 and 7 p.m. Further dates are planned for March 21, April 25, May 30 and June 27, 2024. Admission is free and a pre -registration is not required. The location of the event is the Ingeborg-Drewitz library in Steglitz-Zehlendorf.

The series of events offers a diverse way to get creative, try it out and discover new skills. No matter whether tinkering, making music, writing or painting, there is something for every taste. A visit is worthwhile for all ages, both for children and adults who like to work creatively.
