Future of the Haselhorst stadium: Feasibility study presented

The countdown is running! Spandau is planning the great sporting revolution in the Haselhorst stadium! Since the spring of 2023, the renowned planning office Group Planwerk GmbH has screwed on behalf of the district office on a feasibility study that is intended to significantly shape the future of this important sports facility.

The report on the feasibility study is there and is eagerly awaited by those responsible. Thanks to the urban development program "Growth and Sustainable Renewal" by the federal and state governments, the report can now be viewed for everyone interested! planned implementation in sight!

The concept paper, which is now in the hands of the district, is the first step into an exciting future! Numerous measures are planned, and as soon as the longed -for funding flow, the long -awaited planning phases can finally roll. Among other things, this means that all the required planning documents have to be worked out and checked. This also includes preliminary examinations that ensure that species protection does not fall by the wayside- all replacement and compensation measures must be recorded precisely!

Experts estimate that the implementation of these comprehensive planning steps between 2026 and 2028 could start. So Spandau is preparing for exciting years!
