The focus: Spandau starts action week!

The Spandau district will take part in the nationwide week of mental health this year. From October 10th to 20th, 2025, the campaign will be under the motto "let's grow confidence - psychologically strongly into the future". The aim of the initiative is to promote more openness in dealing with psychological stress and at the same time support mental health.

In this context, the district councilor for youth and health, Tanja Franzke, emphasizes the immense importance of mental health for the quality of life. Young people in particular are to be achieved through preventive and psychosocial help offers in order to strengthen them in challenging phases of life. According to bfs.admin.ch, mental illnesses are a central topic of health policy and can have significant effects on everyday life.

Diverse events in Spandau

  • AGAPLESION VSI Berlin gGmbH: Waldbaden & Stärkung am 14. Oktober von 14:30 bis 16:30 Uhr.
  • AGAPLESION Bethanien Radeland: Verkauf selbstgemachter Produkte am 13., 15. und 18. Oktober, jeweils von 14 bis 16 Uhr.
  • Alpakasprechstunde: Am 15. Oktober von 14 bis 16 Uhr (mit Anmeldung).
  • Bauernmarkt Altstadt: Verkauf von Fruchtaufstrichen am 16. Oktober von 9 bis 17 Uhr.
  • Caritas Gartentag: Gemeinsames Gärtnern, Kaffee und Gespräche am 13. Oktober von 13 bis 15 Uhr.
  • ginko Berlin gGmbH: Angebot für junge Menschen am 14. Oktober von 12 bis 18 Uhr in der Kontakt- und Beratungsstelle mit interaktiven Aktionen und mehrsprachiger Beratung.
