Artists wanted for exhibition on the subject of 'Nah & Fern' in the Retonhaus Reinickendorf

The gallery in the Südhalle in the Restrickendorf town hall organizes an exhibition on the subject of “Nah & Fern” and is looking for artists who want to present their works. The tender is also expressly aimed at artists who do not work full -time as free visual artists or who come from related areas such as design or photography. Work is accepted in the areas of painting, working on paper (watercolors, drawings, collages, print graphics, etc.) and photography.

interested artists can apply with a pdf document that contains illustrations of their works (at least 5 works) and the necessary information such as titles, year of origin, technology, image and framework, biographical explanations on the artistic career as well as a brief explanation of the artistic work and its reference to the topic. The application period ends on Friday, November 10, 2023. Applications will be received by email to Graphothek@Reinickendorf.berlin.de with the subject "Application Südhalle 2024". It should be noted that the works for the exhibition must be hand -made, i.e. paperwork and photographs must be delivered with hanging devices. The works are not insured during the exhibition and no exhibition fee or production grant is paid. The exhibition is expected to be seen from February to June 2024 in the gallery in the Südhalle in the Reinickendorf town hall. However, there is no participation in the exhibition.
