A delegation of high-ranking officers from the Tunisian police sets off to the German capital to expressly learn from modern security and administrative processes. At the invitation of Veridos GmbH, a renowned company of Bundesdruckerei GmbH, and the federal police present new ways of cooperation!

The exciting highlight of this trip led the guests to the citizens' office in the Reinickendorf town hall. Here they were able to experience up close how innovative technologies revolutionize the service for citizens! The Tunisian police officers were particularly impressed by the self-service terminals and the clever document spending boxes, which make it much easier for citizens to apply for personal documents.
