Rapid Support Forces and Sudanese armed forces intensify humanitarian crisis in Sudan

Between April and December 2023, action against hunger achieved almost 500,000 people in the areas of health, nutrition, livelihood, water, sanitary care, hygiene, equality and protection. The organization supports the victims of gender -specific violence by a hotline and offers them support. Short and long-term women's centers and municipal shelters are set up. In addition, educational events take place and school clubs were founded to raise awareness of gender -specific violence. The local healthcare staff and those responsible in the municipalities are trained in questions of gender equality.
