A new residential project in the Berlin district of Neukölln is in the starting blocks: 142 affordable apartments are being built near Tempelhofer Feld. The planned residential project extends over a plot of land on Oderstrasse and envisages the construction of a six-story residential building. On a gross floor area of 14,000 square meters, 8,500 square meters will be available for rental space. The PORR AG was commissioned to construct it and the time frame for completion is 18 months. To ensure high quality and efficiency, prefabricated components are used.
