Poland has become a popular travel destination for international visitors - not least thanks to the growing trend of “coolcationing”, i.e. holiday destinations with more pleasant summer temperatures. Majaland Kownaty – the ideal family theme park
Located in Lubusz Voivodeship, Majaland Kownaty is Poland's first year-round theme park for families. It offers 25 weather-independent indoor and outdoor attractions. Particularly popular: the wooden roller coaster “Wilkołak” (85 km/h), water games, a petting zoo, adventure playgrounds and shows. During the May long weekend (May 1-4), the park welcomed thousands of visitors - including many families from Germany.
Experience Paw Patrol live – exclusively in Poland!
Since opening in 2018, Majaland Kownaty has been a pioneer in family leisure. The theme park offers 10,000 m² of covered space and spacious outdoor areas with water zones - ideal for any weather. Originally designed around “Maya the Bee”, other popular characters such as Wickie, the Smurfs and SpongeBob SquarePants were later added.
From April 2025, visitors can expect an even larger Nickelodeon offering with meet & greets: SpongeBob, Patrick, Skye, Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol. Only in Majaland do families in Poland have the chance to meet the Paw Patrol live - with a high-five and souvenir photos in a special experience zone.
