Rhinstraße: one -sided closure for road construction from October 21st

Big changes are imminent! From Monday, October 21, 2024 , Rhinstraße is expected to be closed one -sided in two weeks - and all of this towards Landsberger Allee! The measures are not a little thing, because they aimed at eliminating serious danger spots that can no longer be ignored.

Watch out, drivers! A detour will be announced in good time so that nobody gets into the dead end of the block. But don't worry for cyclists and pedestrians - there are no restrictions for them! The tram will continue to be able to take its way undisturbed.

urgent renovation work required!

The reason for this elaborate work? Rhinstraße has really deep outbreaks in several places, which not only affect the city landscape, but also endanger the safety of road participants. Before winter, it has to be taken to ensure road quality and minimize the shocks of heavy goods traffic.

The city appeals to all road users to adjust to the changed traffic situation - and not without reason! In order to keep the impairments as low as possible, the renovation work was cleverly laid in the school holidays. The street and green space office relies on your understanding- because these measures are essential!
