The newly placed Journal 55+ with the motto "Stay active!" offers numerous information on health, volunteering, leisure and culture. The brochure is available free of charge in all district institutions and online at www.berlin.de/senioren-aktiv-in-lichtenberg. It can also be obtained in various municipal meeting places in Berlin.
The municipal meeting places such as Ribnitzer Straße, Einbecker Straße, Warnitzer Bogen, Karlshorst, Ruschestrasse, Judith-Auer and at the zoo offer guidelines that are available for questions and support. Interested parties can find out about the various offers and events on the website.
The Journal 55+ is particularly aimed at older people who remain active and want to find out about health, cultural and social issues. It is a good way to find a sensible leisure activities for seniors and make new contacts.
