District Court Hamburg strengthens rights of ticket buyers: Viagogo, Stubhub and Gigsberg obliged to comply with legal rules

The ticket office market is again in focus after the Hamburg Regional Court has strengthened the rights of ticket buyers in several decisions. Rammstein and the MCT agency have successfully obtained an injunction against Viagogo AG, which obliges the company to comply with the legal rules when selling all concert tickets in Germany. The court even imposed an order fee of EUR 20,000 and orderly for the Viagogo board of directors, since the company violated the injunction.
