Outdated motorway plans? No more money! That is the clear announcement to the traffic politicians in Berlin! Federal Transport Minister Volker Wissing (FDP) must deliver - and urgently!

At the current meeting of the budget committee, pressure is built up properly! Jens Hilgenberg, the traffic expert from the BUND for the Environment and Nature Conservation Germany (BUND), does not leave good hair on the existing plans. "Without clear information on nature and climate protection, no further means may flow," emphasizes Hilgenberg and demands: "lock the funds until the needs plan is checked!"
