An insane initiative awakens the passion for the teaching profession! The autumn university teacher at the renowned Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg was awarded the << university pearl of the month >> in October! The breakthrough that students and those interested in studying appeals across the country!

Under the impressive motto "Wake the teacher in you!" Around 70 pupils from grades 10 to 13, accompanied by young people with school leaving certificate from all over Germany, experienced three unforgettable days. The university, supported by generous sponsors, took on the complete costs for accommodation, meals and an exciting accompanying program for the participants. The future as a teacher will be tangible here!

The exciting autumn university offered a captivating program with almost 50 different workshops and seminars! All school subjects from elementary school to special school to high school were represented. Participants were able to take part in inspiring events, including "digital-supported learning in old speech lessons" and "mathematically, practical, good! Insights into the practical math training". Here the prospective teachers were able to test their suitability and receive valuable feedback!

In addition, burning questions about the apprenticeship were discussed: What are the challenges for future teachers? How can stays abroad affect your career?
