Attack on women in Berlin: political background in focus!

A dangerous incident was reported in Berlin last night when four women in Wilhelmstrasse, including a 24-year-old, target of an attacking stone throw. An unknown perpetrator hurled a paving stone out of a window and hit the sidewalk just a meter from the women. A wet washcloth also flew on her table, but nobody was injured. The women were former participants in a pro-Palestinian elevator, which suggests the police a possible political background for the attack.

parallel to these incidents, demonstrations in Berlin brought the police on alert. A pro-Palestinian elevator, which attracted up to 15,000 participants, was accompanied by various pro-Israeli opposites. The police carried out numerous arrests during the meetings, especially because of the use of banned slogans and symbols. In a further incident, two presumably right -wing people tried to attack a group with a rainbow flag, but were stopped and arrested by the police. There were a total of 36 crimes related to the demonstrations, which led to 49 arrests.
