Urgent appeal: car industry demands political upswing for e-mobility
"The Central Association of German Motor Motor Show (ZDK) calls for concrete measures to promote electromobility in front of the industrial summit of Chancellor Olaf Scholz. In view of stagnating sales and high investments in training and further education, the car industry requires more support from politics. Learn what steps are necessary to take the year in 2025 as an electric mobility."

Urgent appeal: car industry demands political upswing for e-mobility
A call to act! The German car industry vehemently raises the voice, while the industrial summit with Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz is imminent. The industry not only expects radiant words, but concrete measures to promote electromobility. Without political impulses, e-mobility threatens to sink into insignificance!
The motor vehicle industry has invested real millions in modernization and training. Over 180,000 mechatronics engineers and 15,000 high -voltage technicians are ready to drive the future. But the federal government has so far been behind its promises. On Tuesday, the Chancellor will receive the representatives of the industry - without the medium -sized car trade for the paragraph!
inactivity endangered investments
Arne Joswig, President of the Central Association of German Motor Motor Show (ZDK), raises the alarm: "The continuous inactivity of the government in the urgently needed support of electromobility means that our investments lose value - we speak of 'Beached Investments'."
The despair is tangible! The urge to get in the entrance of politics is not just a failure; It endangers the existence of many companies. A government that refuses to support the middle class plunges companies in uncertainty and doubt. Joswig demands reliability and planning security so that the funds invested so far do not erode.
Hope for electrical future
The purchase supply for electric vehicles is alarming! And yet the ZDK is optimistic about the future: "We ask the federal government to create the framework conditions so that 2025 will be the 'year of electromobility'!" In a remarkable reaction, the ZDK launched the social media campaign "Electric is simple" and already achieved around 1 million views on platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook.
Time for big words is over! It is time that the government has to follow acts and have to boost the electric market-otherwise potential progress could be unused in the sand. Time is pushing and the industry is waiting for answers!
