Gallwitzallee in Lankwitz is locked for road traffic

The full closure of the Gallwitzallee begins from July 31 and takes place between Mühlenstraße and Paul-Schneider-Straße. After all, the avenue remains open to cyclists and pedestrians.

From the end of October, important intersection is blocked

From October 28 to November 30, 2023, the previously saved intersection of Gallwitzallee/Mühlenstraße/Havensteinstrasse is completely closed. The detour towards the south is led from Paul-Schneider-Straße via Malteserstraße and Eiswaldtstraße, while the detour towards the north runs north from Eiswaldstraße via Malteserstrasse and Paul-Schneider-Straße.

The BVG sets up replacement stops in Malteserstrasse, Eiswaldstraße and Eiswaldtstraße/Gallwitzallee during the block. The line M82 of the BVG is affected, which leads from the town hall of Steglitz through the Gallwitzallee to the large housing estate Waldsassener Straße.
